As a long-standing member of industry standards organisation Independent Network, Thistle is independently audited and strictly monitored to ensure that our customer satisfaction levels are of an extremely high standard.
Following completion of their installations, our customers are asked by Independent Network to complete a feedback questionnaire (which can also be completed anonymously). The information contained in these questionnaires is then used to produce a monthly customer satisfaction report detailing our performance across several important indicators.
This means that the feedback of each and every one of our valued customers directly influences the result of our independently audited customer satisfaction reports.

Once again a first class job undertaken by professionals who were courteous and pleasant to deal with.
The installation went as planned with no issues. There was a bit of a delay in getting the stonework on the outside of the door finalised but once done we are more than happy with the results.
It was carried out in a very efficient way from start to finish and we are extremely happy.

We have received a high quality of service and the windows were fitted very well and the fitter was very professional.
The installation was carried out by friendly efficient fitters who ensured the work areas were protected and disruption was kept to a minimum.
As always, I was delighted by their work and by the courtesy and care of all those involved.
Project took a little while to get underway but I am very satisfied with the product now the work is fully complete. Installers went out of their way to replace an existing double glazing unit which was compromised during installation and were very helpful during installation of security lighting.

The whole process of ordering to fitting of our window was easy and efficient. We were kept up-to-date by letter and telephone of fitting dates, times and price. Another Quality Product & Service by Thistle Windows.
Delighted with the windows installed by Thistle. As my flat is a listed building, they dealt with all of the planning permission process and getting the timber sash and case windows built to the correct specifications. The installation was quick and hassle free, the guys did a super job and I’m very pleased.

The installation was to make foundations, erect a timber framed porch, line out with plasterboard, install electrics and fit new flooring then clad in fyfestone bricks with a tiled roof. It was a complex build and involved many trades and work over 9 weeks. I was very pleased at how the work progressed and ultimately was finished.

At the survey stage I was unsure about the astrigal bars sizes and the Surveyor was happy to make a second home visit to help with my decision.
