The whole project, from initial enquiry, first visit by the Sales Rep, through quotation, detailed survey, planning and installation stages, was extremely well coordinated by a very professional team. All the team members were very courteous and helpful. I cannot thank them enough!

Lewis was a great salesman who wasn’t pushy and answered all our questions, we felt at ease with him so was a stress free decision. The 2 fitters, well what can I say – great guys who were quick, professional and what I thought was going to be a nightmare 4 days was hassle free and with no complaints. All in all a great service from start to finish.
Delay in receiving side panel but installed promptly upon receipt. Workmen involved were all great! We are previous customers and would use them again ourselves and recommend them to others.

Visitors and family alike have noticed the difference so much they can now take off their jackets and not be chilly while visiting. Part of one of the windows is to be replaced due to a flaw in the glass and this is on order. After installation I noted a scratch on one of the glass panes. I immediately contacted Thistle who arranged for a technician to visit and review the damage. The unit is to be replaced on arrival of the new unit. I’m very happy with the response.

The windows were fitted and finished to a very high standard. I was disappointed that 2 out of 8 window mechanisms were faulty and had to be replaced, but that has now been done and the installation completed. Overall a very high standard of workmanship was achieved. The two fitters quality of finishing is a credit to Thistle Windows.
The efficiency and quality were excellent. Out of many quotes I got, this was one of the most expensive – but the reasons for that are clear in the finished product.
