The installer, Stan, was on his own due to the other installer being ill, but continued to proceed with the installation of the windows and replacement doors, which he did to a very high standard, taking great care on each one, leaving them in a perfect finish. The house was left in a clean and tidy state at the end of each day.
Billy Main was an excellent sales representative and gave good advice. The installers were some of the best I have ever encountered. Very polite, efficient and tidy. I have used Thistle Windows before and will definitely use them again.
I found the whole process from start to finish extremely efficient. The installers were prompt, courteous and did a great job.
Thistle Windows should be very proud of their joiner installers Jock and Tom who were a pleasure to have at our home. They were very professional, courteous, cheerful and obliging. Their standard of workmanship was superb! The builder work on the wall was a wee bit untidy unfortunately which let the ‘side down’ just a wee bit, especially since the joiners were so good. Overall we are really pleased though. We would recommend Thistle Windows to others.
