Sparkle & Shine
Clearwater Freestanding Bath with Floor-Mounted Taps
The centerpiece of this display is the stunning Balthazar Freestanding Bath by Clearwater, presented in a Polished Chrome finish (also available in Black & White). The inside of the bath is made from Clearstone, a fusion of milled sedimentary stone bonded by a high-performance aluminium and titanium filler base – designed to keep its strong shine. The bath is complemented by a Floor Standing Bath/Shower Mixer Tap.
Merlyn Shower Screen & Shower Tray
This display incorporates a ‘Squared Showerwall’ Merlyn Shower Screen, featuring a beautiful metal frame with horizontal and vertical bars. This Shower Screen comes with Merlyn’s Lifetime Guarantee and uses ‘Mershield’ stayclear technology to stay fog-free. The Merlyn Rectangular 25 Shower Tray with integrated waste cover sits flush with the surrounding tiles.

The Shower Wall in this display is the Estatuario e01 by Neolith, showcased in a “book-matched” style meaning the pattern is mirrored in the middle. The Estatuario e01 range is a fantastic take on a Carrara Marble, comprising of both subtle & thick veins on a white background.
Eastbrook Waterfall Shower, Ceiling Mounted – Double Shower
This Eastbrook Waterfall Shower is showcased in a stunning chrome finish, with an innovative design combining both shower and waterfall functions. The Roper Rhodes controls include an Air-Drive Square Single-Function Shower Handset.
Roper Rhodes Sink & Unit with Integrated Lighting
This display includes a 1000mm wide Roper Rhodes Wall-Hung Sink & Vanity Unit, complete with integrated LED lighting. The Ceramic Scheme ‘Stage’ Basin sits atop a Gloss White Scheme Vanity Unit (also available in Derwent Blue, Gloss Dark Clay, Gloss Light Grey, Matte Carbon, Matte Light Clay or Umbra).
Roca Red Leather Toilet & Bidet
This display features a matching Sanitaryware set from Roca – the Roca Khroma Close-Coupled Toilet and the Roca Khroma Vitreous China Bidet, both fitted with Lacquered Soft-Close Seat Covers in a vibrant Red Leather finish.
Carrara Marble Tile Flooring
This bathroom display showcases 600mm x 600mm Lassan Carrara Gloss Tiles, a glazed porcelain tile suitable for both walls and flooring, with a thickness of 9.5mm. Also available in 600mm x 300mm.

Roca Victoria-N Bathroom Units
This showroom display features two pieces from Roca’s Victoria-N range – the base unit and the column unit. Both of these high-quality bathroom units are presented in a Gloss Anthracite colour, however they are also available in Gloss White, Textured Oak or Textured Wenge finishes.
The drawers and doors of these bathroom cabinets are fully reversible, meaning the handles can be moved to either the left or right hand side – depending on your personal preference and bathroom layout.
The Base Unit features a 600mm x 460mm Basin in a rounded-rectangular design – an oval basin style is also available. Fixed to the basin is the Roca Atlas Smooth-Body Basin Mixer Tap.
The two units in our Showroom Display feature legs, however these cabinets can be designed to be completely wall-hung if preferred. There is also the option to further customise the units with towel rails, hooks and drawer organisers.

This display showcases a variety of Lisbon Matt Porcelain Tiles in different colourways, creating a stylish cascading effect from wall to floor.

Roper Rhodes Twin Basins & Neolith Countertop
This showroom display has been designed to be bright and welcoming, with ample space combined with minimalist style. Two Roper Rhodes Luca Basins are mounted upon a large Neolith countertop – a lightweight sintered stone surface that is also highly scratch resistant. The two basins are topped off beautifully with Roper Rhodes Sync Basin Mixer Taps and feature integrated click-wastes.
Matte Black Shower System
The shower fixture in this display is a brass construction 200mm Matte Black Shower Head with a rainfall outlet, paired with a Round Offset Shower Arm in Matte Smooth Black.
This display also shows a Square Concealed Thermo Double Push Button Shower Valve in a smooth matte black finish. Equipped with a thermostatic control as well as anti-scald and override functions which are all safe and easy to use. Moreover, the valves feature built-in ceramic disk cartridge technology which stops leakage by ensuring the shower is fully shut off with minimal effort required.

Merlyn Black Sliding Shower Door
Enclosing the shower area is the Merlyn Black Sliding Shower Door (1200mm height) with side panel. Made from 8mm glass, this screen glides smoothly for effortless usage. The Merlyn Black range is designed to be both elegant and minimalistic – to draw the eye and create a focal point within the bathroom. The Shower Screen comes with a lifetime Merlyn guarantee as well as ‘Mershield’ Stayclear technology. The Shower Screen is also fully reversible with concealed fixings, making it safer for all the family.
Merlyn MStone Shower Tray
Paired with the shower screen is the Merlyn Mstone Rectangular Shower Tray. Made from a finely engineered polymer composite, this rectangular tray is strong and resilient with a stone resin core sandwiched between two acrylic capped mouldings. This Shower Tray is perfect for low level installation but can also be raised if it is not possible to accomodate plumbing systems inside the existing floor space. Coated with an easy to clean surface, this Shower Tray is both chemical and bacterial resistant.

Roca Eliptico Freestanding Bath
This display features a stunning Roca Eliptico Freestanding Bath, made of sturdy cast iron and designed to last a lifetime! Shown in a White exterior finish, this Freestanding Bath is also available in Grey, Black, Blue, Red or Copper finishes. A choice of feet styles are also available, with the Eagle style displayed however Lion and Ash/Chrome choices are available (Bath Size 1700mm x 500mm minus feet).
Showcased alongside the Eliptico Bath is the Carmen Floorstanding Bath-Shower Mixer, featuring elegant gloss white handles with cursive labels.
Roca Carmen Bathroom Collection
Roca’s Carmen range brings a stunning traditional and elegant flare to any bathroom. This showroom display showcases ornate designs with a stylish mix of vintage details and chrome accents – combining classic style with modern day functionality.
Roca’s Carmen Rimless Close-Coupled WC with matching Soft Close Toilet Seat is shown in white (also available in dark grey). The rimless design makes for easy cleaning – also featured is the cistern lever which is reversible and can be displayed on either side of the WC pan.
The Roca Carmen 1300mm Base Unit with 600mm Countertop Basin is also on display, featuring the Carmen Smooth Bodied One-Hole Tap with a pop-up plug waste system. The tap is finished with white gloss accents and cursive-styled hot and cold labels. A Three-Hole Tap option is also available which incorporates a mechanical waste lever, located behind the tap.
The Roca Carmen Base Unit is presented in a Satin Anthracite finish with a Marquina Black marble-effect countertop (this can also be customised with a Satin White base finish and a Veneto White marble-effect countertop).

Henley Exposed Dual Function Shower
Traditional in design and evoking the image of classic brassware, the Henley Exposed Dual Function Shower system has all the important features needed for modern life. Consisting of an adjustable rail, showerhead and handset, this system has a height of 1237mm.
Merlyn Quadrant Shower Screen
Enclosing the shower system is the Merlyn 8 Series 1 Door Offset Qudrant Right Shower Screen. A perfect option for maximising space, the enclosure comes with a lifetime Merlyn guarantee and features ‘Mershield’ Stayclear technology. The screen is also fully reversible and fitted with easy to clean glass rollers (shown in 1000mm x 800mm size).

Fitted to the unit is the Hydra Basin Mixer in Chrome, to match the Bath Filler (available in a range of finishes including Brass and Matte Black).
Flush to the unit is the Zest 500 Back to Wall WC. This is a slimmer WC model which is a perfect option for bathrooms where the need to maximise usable space is essential, while not compromising on quality or design. A Zest Soft Close Toilet Seat is featured, conveniently attached using a top-fix design which allows for easy removal for cleaning – this system also has a built in box rim which actively helps to save water and allow for more precise flushing. Carron L-Shaped Shower Bath
Beautifully flush to the wall and floor is the Carron Quantum L-Shape Bath, a modern Shower Bath take on the classic Quantum bath, featuring straight sides and a sloping back to provide optimum space for comfortable bathing. The bath is coated with Carronite, a strong reinforced layer of material added on top of the acrylic base which strengthens the overall structure. This also helps insulate the bath, keeping water warmer for longer (size shown H:1700mm x W: 700mm x D: 400mm).

A Hydra Bath Filler is showcased with this bath – featuring a dazzling wide waterfall spout, this system is also available in basin mixers and shower systems. Fitted with a flow rate adjustment, this filler can help reduce your water consumption rate by up to 25%. This tap system features the newest ceramic disk technology allowing for more precise, constant water flow. Requiring a minimum pressure of 0.1 bar, it is suitable for the majority of household water pressure levels.

Roper Rhodes Shower System
This spacious Wet Room display features twin Roper Rhodes Round 250mm Shower Heads in Polished Stainless Steel, each held in place by Roper Rhodes Adjustable Brass Fixed Arms in a matching finish.
Controlling the shower system is the Roper Rhodes Code Thermostatic Valve, designed with thermostatic cartridges to ensure a safely regulated temperature. These valves use top of the range Air Drive technology to use less water, without impacting your showering experience.

Showcased in Gloss White, this luxurious basin is available in a variety of finishes, including Matt White, Pearl, Onyx, Beige or Coffee (L: 500mm W: 450mm H: 880mm). Sunshower Infrared & UV Light System
This display features the Sunshower Deluxe in a Black finish, an amazing and innovative new system which can provide real health benefits!
It has been scientifically proven that exposure to sunlight provides a better quality of life – The Sunshower provides the body with exposure to safe levels of ultraviolet light to aid the body’s natural production of Vitamin D, replicating the UV-A and UV-B rays from the sun. Studies also suggest that exposure to UV rays can aid with improving skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema as well as combating issues such as Seasonal Affective Disorder.
In addition, the Sunshower uses infrared radiation which penetrates deep into the skin, providing a genuine feeling of relaxation – stimulating blood circulation through muscles and joints which can provide real relief from back, neck and muscle pain.

Tile-Effect Shower Panels
The ’tiles’ used inside this display are actually not traditional ceramic tiles, but a high-quality shower panel system by Fibo, giving you the look of high-quality bathroom tiles – without any grout-cleaning worries! The main panels in this display is a ‘Mercato Cracked Cement’ finish while the accent panel displayed is ‘Marcato C Black’.

Mini Back-To-Wall WC
This display showcases an R2 Mini Back-To-Wall WC Pan, fitted with a Mini Soft-Close Toilet Seat. This is paired with a concealed dual flush cistern and concealed floor fixings are also used to achieve a stunning and streamlined look. The cistern is activated by using a Sensor Dual Flush Plate which is activated by touch and features stylish integrated lighting.
Freestanding Bath
Central to this display is the stunning Lavarone Freestanding Bath, featuring a twin-skinned acrylic design to keep your water warmer for longer.
Water fills the bath through the Giulia Matte Black Freestanding Filler with striking gold accents, incorporating a Shower Handset and flexible Shower Hose, easily operated by using a diverter level on the side of the system.
Roper Rhodes Vanity Unit
Create the perfect custom Vanity Unit with the fantastic Frame range from Roper Rhodes, showcasing minimalistic and contemporary designs which add a high-end feel to any bathroom. This Frame 800mm Wall Mounted Basin unit features integrated handles, soft-close drawers and ample storage. Showcased in Gloss Dark Grey, this unit is also available in Gloss White, Derwent Blue and Matte Light Clay finishes. Fitted to this unit is the stunning Roper Rhodes Elate Basin Mixer Tap in a smoothe matte black finish.
The minimalist design of the Roper Rhodes Frame Mirror perfectly matches the style of the vanity unit and features adjustable LED lighting with warm and cool hues. The lighting controls are operated using a motion-activated infrared switch, while an integrated heat-pad prevents steam build-up and fogging.
Urban Living Vanity Unit
Also featured within this display space is an Urban Living Manhattan Wall-Hung Vanity Unit in a Fjord Green Gloss finish, accesorised with a Side-Mounted Towel Rail in Black Chrome and Mosaic Knobs in Black Nickel. Available in White Gloss Acrylic, Light Grey Gloss Acrylic, Dust Grey Gloss Acrylic, Smoke Blue Gloss and Indigo Blue Gloss finishes, this contemporary vanity unit also features integrated interior lighting. Fitted to this unit is a Manhattan Ceramic Basin which sits 10mm above the cabinet to create a floating-effect illusion, which also means an optional LED lighting strip can be fitted underneath if desired.
Situated above the unit is the Ambience 120 Mirror, showcased in 60cm x 120cm.
