A huge thank you to all of our customers as Thistle Windows & Conservatories celebrates winning Network VEKA’s Customer Satisfaction Awards for 2013!

Once again, our customers have made their voices heard and we are honoured to be the recipient of both the UK National and Scotland Regional Customer Satisfaction Awards for 2013, the twelfth year running that Thistle Windows & Conservatories has been recognised for our absolute dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

The awards come from the independent window installers’ standard organisation Network VEKA, which collated the votes of nearly 16,000 households across Britain and Ireland – every single customer of over 140 member companies, for the whole year.

The results not only proved Thistle Windows & Conservatories to be the overall, UK national winner but also the regional winner for Scotland, an achievement we are immensely proud of and incredibly thankful to our customers for.

Network VEKA is a unique, sectoral standards organisation that only accepts the very best, most professional window and door companies, and then makes sure they stay the best.  All prospective members undergo rigorous vetting before being accepted and must agree to regular audits and training.  In this way, Network VEKA can be confident in the high quality of the work we provide at Thistle Windows, which allows us to offer the organisation’s ten year insurance-backed guarantee.

Both awards were presented to Trade Director, Andy Cadman and Purchasing Manager, Paul Mair at the recent Network VEKA AGM in Solihull.  Network VEKA MD John Ogilvie told the team: “Every single Network VEKA member maintains high standards, so you really are competing against the best of the best.  To be crowned the National Winner, as well as the Regional Winner for the twelfth time is a truly fantastic achievement.  Congratulations!”
